I have been using SANTEX Air for many years now. They have been very consistent; they are there to fix your system the best way possible. They are not going to walk in and immediately try to sell you a new system like most of the big companies do. Joe is very competent and he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. Their install team is amazingly fast. They are not cheap but nobody good is cheap anymore.

had these guys over at my place and Joe was great. he diagnosed the issue fast and was able to fix bc he had parts on his van. also explained maintenance issues that were causing the unit to run more expensive. my fault for not doing Maintenance. (trying to save a buck) have these guys from now on
