From having the worst experience with another dental place I was hesitant to go to any dentist but I am so glad I went to dugas dental, I had a deep cleaning yesterday and I was expecting to be in pain I had no pain not even a little discomfort, and today I still do not have any pain , highly recommend this place
The dentist seems to care, should have to be more careful/assertive dealing with them about the billing part and make sure they are billing your insurance and you the patient with your benefits if you have insurance . Their billing is - not good to work with , I had to talk to them to look into it and Megan from their billing raised her voice and almost yelled at me to work things out. I had to spend time with about getting correctly billed and also working with them in submitting claims . I had spoke to Jackie (front desk) about working with the adjustments and she told me someone will call me back and they never did ,not until I had file a dispute just to made them aware that they haven’t billed my insurance correctly! It sucks that I had to go through that with them.Though I definitely understand that nothing is perfect in this world, hence i will waiting if they will send me a refund adjustment for the out of pocket I made beforehand. Overall the dental service is fine!!
