My son has had orthodontic work done here for about 9 months. While I love the Orthodontist and everyone is friendly the wait time is horrendous. Work that is sceduled is continually postponed. The office is severely understaffed causing delays and anyone who comes in after the first appointment needs to be rescheduled and work postponed. I have been watching and if I didn't already pay for his braces I would have left. Management needs to be aware that more staff needs to be added to keep up with the volume of people coming in for work done.
First time experience here was amazing , everyone was so nice especially Ari , i hope i spelled her name right and the other lady i didn’t get her name but omg such amazing staff and service. So glad i choose this place .
Dentists are very kind and informative. They try their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible from the thingy that keeps your mouth open so you don’t have to hold it yourself to bringing a special wrist squeezer thingy so you don’t have to roll the hoodie sleeve back.
