Also it's frustrating to have to leave a message every time and have someone call back instead of someone picking up the phones! This is one of the only Dr offices I've dealt with that do this.
I started looking for a physical when I felt I wasn’t being listened to and ignored. I made an appt with Felicia Macias NP at PCC and I’m glad I did. She gave me all the time I needed and listened. Not only did she listen she helped me with my health issues and I feel so much better. I now have my family scheduled with her.
NP Domingo is an exceptional healthcare provider—caring, respectful, and always attentive. He takes the time to listen and truly values his patients’ concerns. It’s clear he’s up to date on the latest in medical practices, offering thoughtful, informed care every visit. Highly recommended!
