Barrett Simmons and his team were wonderful to work with. Their kindness, compassion, professionalism and attention to every detail brought us comfort during such a meaningful time. We brought my grandfather home after 84 years. He was treated with the dignity and honor he deserved. They were a true blessing to us and we are forever grateful for all they did to make his homecoming and final farewell so beautiful and memorable.
I buried a dear friend of mine recently. He had a pre-paid funeral plan, but it ended up costing $4000 more. I don't know if , when he bought the plan, it was explained there would be extra cost or if he didn't understand when he signed the contract. When all was said and done, Porter Loring's service was very good. IF you are buying a pre-paid funeral plan ASK questions, so you are not blind-sighted.
