Good day, I just want to say how thankful I am for the service Roy Akers provided for my family in our time of grief. The funeral home was clean, spacious and tended to our needs beyond expectations. Halee was so patient in the planning process and made sure to meet every request and even helped us when at a loss for direction in an unexpected situation. They offer coffee and cold drinks through every visit and were very sincere. Ashley at the front desk was very patient with my family and guest. I have to tell everyone what a great experience I had considering the circumstances. My mother passed away unexpectedly, and my siblings and I were so unprepared as to what to do and what to expect. My grandmother had her services here and it was my mother's wishes to have hers here too. Mom passed on a Friday and by Saturday, I called Funeraria de Angel hoping they would answer and assist me on the weekend. Well, they did. They scheduled us for Tuesday to have the meeting for the arrangements. I wasn't sure the process on when they could pick up my mother from the Medical examiners office, but they said they could do it first thing Monday morning. and they did....read full review
