After being so discouraged we came across Crystal’s gentle grooming and she reassured us that she could take care of him. From start to finish she was very attentive! Booking the appointment was easy. As nervous as we were to transition him into the shop, he gave us no issues! Throughout the service we received video and picture updates and he did great the entire time! She took her time and because of her patience he showed zero aggression, even when she had to work his sensitive areas! The 40 minute drive was definitely worth the time and her prices reasonable for the effort she shows! Military discounts available! She did such a good job, he didn’t want to leave! “Our three furry children have been with Dominion Vet for the last 4-5 years. They have always gone above and beyond for our routine puppy-dog needs, serving as a perfect home base for our dogs; an easy 5 star review. Yesterday Dominion vet’s resources and capability was tested beyond what I ever thought possible. My golden doodle (RUTHIE) was violently attacked by another much larger dog, resulting in massive blood loss from bites to her neck. She had little time and was bleeding profusely despite my family efforts at holding pressure. We live nearby, however the 1 mile trek felt like an eternity. Dominion vet was called and alerted of my family’s arrival and frantic state. Upon pulling into the parking lot, the team was ready and waiting in the parking to recover a blood soaked and actively bleeding nearly lifeless Ruthie. The entire team’s response was TV worthy and honestly unexpected from our neighborhood primary care. “CLEAR A TABLE!” Was yelled out from parking lot upon entering the clinic. Doctor Armstrong and Dr. Shaw were immediately on scene and began shouting out orders while also initiating emergent hemorrhage control, volume replacement through immediate IV access, obtaining STAT labs, all while simultaneously coordinating transfer to Mission Vet ER and offering reassurance to my panic-stricken mother. This is the “take over” feeling we all need during times of absolute helplessness. Ruthie needed blood and needed it fast. An employee whose animal was a universal blood donor was called for standby in case Ruthie was delayed in her transfer. Literally cannot believe he selflessness of these people! Upon acceptance and coordination of transfer to Mission Vet, the team saw how distraught my mother was and loaded Ruthie up ( without any question or hesitation) in the facility administrators van and transferred Ruthie themselves to Mission Vet with IV’s running. Ruthie rode accompanied with staff and my mother following. Both Mission vet and Dr Armstrong and Dr Shaw were in constant contact with one another, relaying information to myself and my wife about Ruth’s progress. Upon arrival Ruthie received the blood she needed and responded better than expected, giving her some improved prognosis at life. Her condition remains guarded however she remains in the fight only because of the quick response and expertise of Dominion Vet. My wife and I both work in emergency medicine. This would be considered a perfectly executed code and coordinated transfer to a higher level of care. An absolute perfect combination of professionalism, expertise, leadership, and genuine compassion. We are very great full for your care. A 5 star review simply does not capture the amazing level of care that was provided.“

“Pet Glam was wonderful with Mr. Miny. He looks great. He normally is afraid to stay at a new groomer..... Not here. Melissa and Yvonne are very caring and loving with these animals. Good quality, very professional, but caring.“

“im very picky when it comes to Cesar my fur baby and his groomer that I have found here is approved in my book. He got a wonderful cut exactly the way I wanted him. No nicks . Had to bathe him on 2 separate occasions but right away she said bring him back in and she would handle it because of Texas allergies. Thanks so much and we definitely plan on going back to you“

Despite being busy, she took her time to examine Cheeto, explain what was going on, and answer questions. We are new to the area and are excited to establish with Dr. Jones at CityVet for our pet wellness care. Their facilities are super nice and the staff and Drs. are even nicer.“

“I came to San Antonio because my mom was hospitalized and not doing well at the time. I had to bring my puppy, Buddy but he wasn’t allowed in the ICU. I searched online and found Good Dog was located on the way to the hospital from my hotel.
It was amazing! Buddy was a bit nervous but after his initial “test” he was in!!! When I picked him up the young lady at the front desk told me how great Buddy was and shared how a few things about his day. I told my phone had died on the way and I had no way to navigate back to my hotel…she offered me their charging cable…way above what I expected! Buddy was so excited when we returned the next 3 days!!!!?
They made a stressful time so much easier! Thanks to all the staff❤️

“O'Connor Road Animal Hospital has been taking care of our two, then three, then four babies since 2019.
They have always balanced compassion and caring with practically of costs. We just lost one of our babies and they were so sweet and kind.

“When you drop off the dogs , you are not allowed to go back and see the room which really caught me off guard. In my opinion there pretty pricey. But the facility is pretty nice. I'm only giving it a 4 star.
Because pets are like your children.And if you're paying that amount of money , you should be able to go back and see what you're paying for.

“I recently decided to switch groomers bc our previous groomer switched to an answering service and now I can’t get a hold of anyone let alone set up an appointment. So I asked around and was recommended to Graceful Pet Grooming. I was able to book online for an appointment within just a few days. My girl looked so cute when she came out of there. But also they were able to trim her nails which has always been an issue with other groomers. I feel like my baby has found a new salon lol.
