“Let me start by saying this amazing animal care facility is definitely a five star experience for both you and your fur family members. We rescued a cat and unfortunately were not aware of the issues that come with along with the process. We took our new family member to a vet within the two weeks
Allotted by the animal rescue service. The service cost us over $200 without any vaccinations or medications to be filled. It was a check up. The staff was apathetic, offering no positive feedback. We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. From the moment you walk in the door you will know that it is the place for you to bring your fur baby. The loving care you receive as a family starts at reception, flows through to the assistants, right to the doctor. They listen to our concerns, offered solutions, and most importantly, treated our fur baby like his life and his being had value. The staff is not only kind, but they are also very empathetic and caring. I am so glad that we found this amazing staff and facility. A lot of of times when you have a fur baby that has become such a pivotal part of your family, There are places that take advantage of your love for your fur baby and your lack of knowledge. We have had it happen to us before at other places with other pets. It is often reflected, in the treatment of your fur baby And the exorbitant prices, along with the suggestions of treatment after treatment with no true resolution. This is not that place, If you’re looking for a Veterinarian who will not only treat your pet, but sincerely, and truly cares for their well-being and yours, Spring Creek animal Hospital is where you should be. Follow up phone calls, consultations with the doctors, getting appointments with ease and medication delivery made easy. Empathetic, Kind, caring, loving, and professional. A staff that gives 100% with every patient every day. I hope they know how much we appreciate them and the work they do and how well they do it.“

I wish I had found Off The Leash first because it would have saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of frustration.
Before Ronnie came here, I had already paid for another board, and, train program. Ronnie already knew her basic obedience commands before she went. We hired them because we needed help with her resource guarding and wanted her exposed to real-life situations and people. She came home knowing how to “place” on a cot, but that was about it. I tried to convince myself it was worth it, but in my heart I never felt like she was getting worked with every day. I received very few videos or updates during her stay, and honestly, it felt more like she spent her time in a kennel than in training. She even came home without her personalized collar and leash.
I also spent a lot of money on private one-on-one lessons with another trainer. Four 50-minute sessions later, I still wasn’t getting the help Ronnie really needed. That company would not do a boarding train, Based off of the results from the first board and train. They didn’t have the confidence in their ability to work with a Dog like Ronnie. They lacked the vision to see Ronnie’s real potential.
Then we found Off The Leash and met Mark.
From the very beginning, it has been a completely different experience. Ronnie bonded with Mark her new trainer almost immediately, and you can see how much he genuinely cares about her. Every single day I get videos, updates, and a summary of exactly what they worked on, how Ronnie did, what they’re building on next, and what I need to know when she comes home. I never have to wonder what’s happening because they keep me involved every step of the way. Ronnie seems happy and right at home with Mark and his whole family. Heartwarming to say the least.
The biggest difference has been the real-world training. Ronnie isn’t just learning commands in a building. She’s going on field trips to busy stores like Lowe’s, pet stores, sporting goods stores, parks, and other places where there are real distractions. She’s learning how to be confident and how to make good choices in everyday situations.
I also love seeing videos of her in their home interacting with their family. Watching Ronnie become more relaxed, more social, and more confident has meant so much to me.
As someone who works full-time, travels for work, and is also a full-time caregiver, I simply don’t have the time to give Ronnie this kind of daily exposure and consistency. That’s exactly why I chose a board-and-train program, and this is the first time I truly feel like I’m getting what I paid for.
I’m actually excited for the leash handover because I know they’re going to teach me how to continue everything Ronnie has learned. They’ve made me part of the process instead of making me feel like someone waiting on the sidelines.
If you’re looking for a trainer, ask questions. Ask how often you’ll get updates. Ask to see training videos. Ask how much real-world exposure your dog will get.
For me, Off The Leash has restored my confidence in professional dog training. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.“

“Most personable and knowledgeable staff in a veterinarian office that I've ever been to. Took our 8-year-old yellow Labrador retriever who was having numerous issues. Swollen bloody gums, runny eyes, and a sore shoulder on her right leg. The veterinarian, (Steven Rapp) thoroughly examined her see if he could get her fit again and out of pain. He gave us some aggressive steroids and antibiotics and told us to come back in 2 weeks. We will see what the outcome is then but I'm giving it a five-star rating now just based on how knowledgeable and friendly the whole staff is and how clean and spotless examining rooms are“

“Absolutely loved them! We came in at 8pm on a Saturday night and the provided the wait time. It was exactly the wait time. They treated our bulldog quickly and knew what was going on right away. Provided an email to the vet so I could send photos throughout the week to confirm progress. Super happy with urgent care“

When we first brought him in, he struggled with separation anxiety, and couldn’t be left without destroying everything or getting sick. Thanks to Karis and her amazing team, Hondo has made incredible progress. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping him build confidence. Although still anxious, Hondo can now be left outside when we leave without panicking.
