“Let me start with this location was a life saver for me I’ve been going to the hospital since my baby was 1 month and no one was looking at her the right way as in diagnose her right way all they would say was it was her nose and a reflux and she won’t out grow it I as a mother knew in my heart there had to be sumthing more causing my babygirl to be with shortness of breath wheezing and etc… I came to this urgent care blinded and thinking they would tell me the same thing but the dr was even concerned and he called the emt it took this amazing doctor for the hospital to finally listen to me I’m beyond grateful Dr like him still exists and if ur child is hurting or in pain or u need to get them checked I totally recommend them my baby is now in the hospital getting treated properly and all thanks for the doctor in that location and he called me as well to check up on her even after being seen by him 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I am so glad we came here! I am terrified of urgent cares/ ERs especially when it comes to my babies, but the staff here were the absolutely nicest. We got seen right away & they diagnosed both of my babies so quick. Megan was amazing with my little ones & was the absolute sweetest while I was on the verge of a meltdown. She took great care of my babies.“

“We were able to get an appointment same day. We were seen quickly the doctor and nurse were really sweet. Our daughter was evaluated and treated and was doing better within a few hours. The doctor took time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. We have been to this location a few times and it has always been a good experience.“

“Dr. Chad Best Couldn’t have gotten a better last name because he hands-down in 10 years has been the best and most informative. If you don’t understand something, he is going to explain it in 100 different ways until you do understand he is very thorough and listens to his patience. I love how much he cares about his patience and knows them almost on a personal level and make you feel comfortable in his office. He is very quick to respond to his patient portal and his nurses are 100% just as amazing. My niece goes here and my sister is just as impressed as I am. We both wish he was also a pediatric PCP because our kids would see him.“

“I am so grateful for Dr. Jacobson and this model of care. My kiddo had a sore throat on a weekend. I honestly thought it was just allergies but reached out in the hopes that we might get an apt for Monday. She saw us over the weekend and sure enough he had an abscess around his tonsil. She sent medications right away, scheduled an appointment with ENT the very next morning and we avoided an emergency because of her amazing care. She's hands down the best and I am SO grateful!!“
