Kellum Pediatric Clinic has been serving families for many years. The clinic is highly recommended for its friendly and helpful staff, including Amy and Lory at the front desk. Parents appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the way the staff makes their children feel comfortable. The clinic takes good care of all medical needs and is praised for its excellent customer service.
I love the doctor Alice, however my complaint is with the nurse Raquel; she consistently has an attitude. I went in with my 5 year old at 8am and Raquel had an unnecessary attitude with her. I would say this could’ve been a bad day, but she is ALWAYS like this. Why work at a pediatrician office if you hate your job? I’ll never understand, especially when it comes to children.
I’m giving this place a four because I’ve been coming here since I was a baby so for 19 years never had a problem with ANYONE amy the front desk she is so nice always complementing me but the other lady lory is not nice at all she is very rude I wasn’t the only one who noticed it this family walked out because of how rude she was.
Highly recommend this office. Staff 10/10, front desk, nurses and doctor.My child has been getting seen here for 6 years now and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Amy & Lory have amazing customer service for the front desk! Their smile always makes my son feel welcomed! It’s amazing how they multitask and don’t ever make you feel rushed. THANK YOU 100x for always getting back to me when it comes to referrals.
