June 30 update. I always have a great experience at the Bandera location of Little Spurs. The NPs are so knowledgeable and professional. Its like they already know what my concerns are and what will ease my mind. Today it was taking a nose swab to see if there's anything that needs to be treated w antibiotics. Both of my boys have always been properly diagnosed especially when it meant being ambulamced to the hospital!! This is my first stop for urgent care! Would definitely recommend!

i’m only giving 4 stars because the NP we saw today was not great. it felt like she didn’t really want to hear what i had to say and despite there being no one else in the clinic was trying to rush us out of there. i don’t feel like i got the help i needed.
despite this, the office does run smoothly and every single other time we’ve been there in my sons 5.5 years, it has been a great experience.
My daughter injured her hand at school as I drove from work to go pick her up I was able to schedule her within the hour with the automated service, which normally I can’t stand, but it was actually pretty easy. The staff and the Doctor were amazing. Doctor was very kind dealt with my daughter very well made her feel very comfortable and at ease.
