About Palm Buddha

While the nursery is extensive and filled with big plants, some find it somewhat cluttered and difficult to navigate, especially when searching for specific categories or smaller plants. Prices for larger and mid-sized plants are considered high, and the nursery mainly offers well-grown plants, not smaller ones ideal for observing growth. Despite these points, Palm Buddha remains a favorite spot for those seeking impressive mature plants and a relaxing atmosphere.
Hands-down, the most beautiful place and location in San Antonio. It’s an escape from the concrete jungle. I could spend hours there if it wasn’t so hot! Free bug spray (if you ask) by the nursery office is a plus!
Be sure to check out the coffee shop on site called Tuxedo Cat’s Coffee- I was confused and didn’t know where to enter the Nursery or where to pay for plants and the owner gave me directions and was very helpful and sweet. I wound up buying an immensely great tasting cold brew. Rad place to drink your beans (in a garden!)

It was a good experience I went with my baby 5 months to look around the Cafe area is outdoors but shaded there have a Alice in Wonderland theme going on there and plenty of seating. The plant area is a good size and the bamboo is awesome they have a lot of different plants my only thing is the spiders there are spiderweb so just look out.
