Had to wait about an hour and a half to get lab work done unsure of staffing but I did want to commend the lab tech, Roy (5 Star Service) he took the time to contact the provider staff to clarify if an order could be be drawn rather than making me contact the the team myself. He was cordial and professional and friendly which made the experience a bit easier.
This VA location is wonderful. From check in to check out. The Lab, Imaging, and Pharmacy departments are ran very well. The technicians are always pleasant and for the number of people that are there they keep the line moving.
I have the good fortune of having Dr. Talcott as my primary care physician. She is thorough, diligent, caring, and considerate. She is a strict no nonsense DR., but she is also kind and compassionate. She follows up on her patients, not letting anything slip through the cracks. You never feel rushed. She is an excellent physician.

I take my father there for all of his appointments. It’s clean. Most of the staff are so nice, patient, and helpful. I enjoy this place for my disabled Vet Father. 🫡
