RUNNNNN we bought a house from New Leaf back in 2022. We were NOT disclosed damage from the ROOF falling in on itself. It is ILLEGAL to not disclose damage in Texas. Brought an engineer out and will see the exact amount of damage they tried to cover. Zero permits pulled as well when they “repaired” the damage. Our floor in our bathroom started to crumble apart. Fixed it twice and it was still crumbling apart. The support beams move in the floor, not connected properly, not fixed just kind of slapped together, our ceiling and wall are caving in, etc. Also there’s giant sections of missing insulation which explains the heat in our bathroom. WARNING do not purchase a New Leaf home. I bought my home in 2021 and it’s not even 5 yrs old. I had a renter in there and when they moved out I put the house on the market. I had a contract and a buyer but when they did the inspection the inspector told the buyer it had structural damage and backed out. I hired an engineer and they found major structural damage. I files a claim with StrucSure who New Leaf who is a third party. They sent their engineer and of course my claim was denied. They said the structure damage was within specifications. Bought my house in 2017, was nothing but a joke with the new leaf rep responding last minute with one word answers . After Beverly got involved things went smooth but i have had constant plumbing issues and multiple five minute visits by the plumbers revealed nothing according to them . Now i cant get a hold of them to get lists of my color choices for touch up, the phone just goes to voicemail
