NEVER buy with them. Houses are slapped together with cheap materials. We can never get anyone out to fix things and when they do it doesn't get fixed. My room has flooded 3 times and I've been left to clean the mess up and they have not come to fix the wall and it's been months. It rained again last night and my wall is now falling apart. Floors creek, cabinets different colors and peeling, carpet has nails sticking out, doors are not on properly, paint job is horrible, tile cracked in shower, they didn't bother to use the right products so water went thru cracks, spaces between tiles are all different, caulk looks like a 5 year old did it. If I could leave a less than one star review of this company I would!! It has been nothing short of ridiculous of the issues I’ve had with this home even prior to moving in. I’ve had multiple plumbing issues which have caused water damage, HVAC issues, drywall issues and nothing has been done to rectify the situation despite submitting multiple warranty requests dating back to Feb 2022 ( which was 6 months into moving in to the home) that still have not been corrected. Despite multiple attempts to contact the builder via email, phone, warranty requests, and speaking to the builder agents at the model home nothing has been done. they took my check then sent me to the sub/subcontract designer....she had her own plans.. took six tries at a plan before listening to me (customer) we fired them, got back money new leaf has zero tolerance policy toward customer service...........
