It’s not many nail salons in San Antonio that deserves 5 stars. This one has quality work, dedicated workers and people who can understand you. Only downfall is they underestimate the wait. Do not tell customers 30 mins if it’s 45. Don’t seat customers who came AFTER other customers just to appease their funky attitudes.

This is the second time I've been there first time staff was friendly and professional, went today called prior to going with no answer, when I got there staff was not as friendly especially when I told her that the phone was not answered prior to going, was told to sign in which I did wait was not long and pedicure was good but was told the person doing pedicure didn't speak English although she did tell me good morning, I as the only customer there when an elderly lady came in for services and was told she had to wait 1/3 hours before getting service someone else walked in and was taking in immediately for services need less to say that the elderly lady left after waiting...read full review

They’re very attentive, sweet, and welcoming. Also very affordable! Victoria & Kim can make you nail art vision come to life! 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming here again. Made a loyal customer out of me & my girls!Service: Acrylic nails
