My brother's house had some issues. I was worried because he has a 4 year old daughter, his income isnt the best so he was worried about calling and not being able to afford the services. I tried to schedule the visit for when i got my paycheck so i can pay for the quote. But they were kind enough to wave the fee so that we can been seen immediately because it was an emergency. I am so glad i called. they were so nice and kind Jason helped us for several hours making sure we got the financing and we understood the terms. Skylar quickly identified the problem with our EV charger and proceeded to perform the repair. He is a very punctual, reliable, competent, courteous and efficient technician and he has performed many repairs at our home, tackling problems that other electricians could not solve. He also educated us on safety related to the charger. After years of dealing with incompetent electricians, it is a pleasure to do business with Mr. Electric, and Skyler in particular.
