I am leaving five stars because the end product quality was very good. Now, we did not expect the project to take a year and a half for completion. The initial conversation and signed agreement specifically mentions that it could “possibly” take up to a year. If they would have told us it would take a year and a half, we would have looked elsewhere. Fortunately, we purchased the monument because we are handling all of our final arrangements in advance.
