Disappointed in the service provided at this location. I was supposed to get a call when my shipment arrived, but never did. I called on an every other day basis until they verified it had come in. Secondly, I returned one board of the 60 plus boards and a 30 minute drive only to find out they don’t do returns on special orders. I called ahead to confirm and sales clerk apologized giving me the wrong information. On a positive note, they were able to get it delivered to my address promptly. High quality product.

A rock flew through our window from a lawnmower and obliterated the bottom sash. For a week I searched for repair/replacement windows and as a last ditch attempt, I called 84 lumber. Cliff answered the phone and knew exactly what I was talking about. I'm a veteran with a lot of anxiety talking to people and the fact that he knew what I was talking about was a relief in itself. Cliff said they had the sash, set aside the window for me, and when I went to pick it up, he carefully showed me how to install the bottom sash myself to save money. Had a great experience here. They accommodated my requests, and when they were out of a certain length of lumber, they gave me the same type in a longer length at the same price. I will definitely come back here for my lumber needs instead of the big box places.
