Tech came out, concluded just the coil needed replaced, no need to replace the air handler.
Then, the front office proceeded to tell the home warranty company the whole system needed replaced, with modifications that aren’t covered.

Zero Stars Do not do business with these people. I was stuck with them because of home warranty. The technician showed up said they knocked on the door but never did. My dogs would have heard him. He said he rang the doorbell. The point is why couldn't the technician at least call. The guy just sat in his truck the whole time avoiding work is my guess.
Dan provided outstanding service and demonstrated true integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Although he was running behind schedule, he kept us informed and never made us feel rushed.
He took the time to explain and demonstrate exactly what was wrong with our AC system, making sure we understood the issue and our options. His honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail gave us confidence that we were receiving the right solution.
