Imagine Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics at Alamo Ranch provides an excellent and supportive experience for families. The entire staff is consistently kind, patient, gentle, supportive, thoughtful, respectful, professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, knowing how to talk to kids to make them feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. The environment is very kid-friendly, nice, inviting, and clean. It features a separate, enclosed play area for little ones to play and watch cartoons, a holiday-decorated area for photos, and beverages like coffee and bottled water. Appointments are smooth and convenient. The dental and orthodontic teams are great at explaining everything, addressing all questions and concerns, and putting both kids and parents at ease. They offer child patients balloons, toothbrush packs, and toys. Families find the visits to be a fun and easy experience, with children genuinely looking forward to going. The practice is highly recommended for its care and sensitivity.
Staff and doctors are very accommodating and work well with my 3yr old boy. Always able to get an appt quickly. Follow ups are quick. Covred by our insurance. Great experience whenever we have to go, when my boy falls in his face :(.
I honestly didn't like the open-concept layout. I wish there were more privacy between each patient, as it felt more commercialized than a welcoming neighborhood dental office.
When I checked in, I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for X-rays. Before scheduling, I specifically asked the person on the phone to verify my insurance, and this was never mentioned. Had I known I would be responsible for that cost, I probably would have booked an appointment elsewhere. Better communication and transparency about insurance coverage before the appointment would have been appreciated.
We’ve been coming to the Culebra location for a year now and my girls love it. The Dr. are all so amazing, sweet and very patient. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and answer any questions I have.
