have had issues with our A/C unit, resulting in overflow issues since we moved into our new home...We have had so many techs over the last 3 years trying to resolve the issue. Chuey was the tech who came out today. I can't say enough about how thorough he was in taking care of the problem, going above and beyond. He explained the issue, took care of it, and explained ways to prevent the issue in the future. He did such a great job, that we are now going to request that he continue to be the tech who handles the maintenance on our system. Definitely would recommend, and will always request Chuey !!

Have a new home of only 60 days and AC was not cooling . Andrew came out on Saturday and checked every. Some setting were not correct and he adjusted and checked everything . Best thing was a he reviewed the whole system with us , tips on running it and getting the most from it . He was honest and I would call him again if needed ! As a side note the New Home is A Wes Peoples home in NB at Town Creek -- these homes are really poorly built . If I would have know about how Wes Peoples builds home I NEVER would have bought this home !! I have owned 9 homes and this is the most I have ever paid and by far the worst home I have ever owned . Do not buy a Wes People's home !!!

I had a good experience with this company and would recommend to others. I contacted them to get an estimate for repairing our downstairs AC unit. My service technician was Jon, who arrived on time and quickly determined the problem. The quoted price was reasonable (which I accepted), and the AC was back up and running about 2 hours after Jon first arrived.
