“Based of great reviews, we used heaven's best to clean our stinky area rug. We have 3 doggies, and have had some fosters along the way so the rug was extra stinky. His pet deodorizer helped us in an unexpected way .. turned out my puppy then never went inside again. This was in 2008. Everytime we move or just need a cleaning Phil is who we call. When I needed this carpet cleaned again, I decided to give a small business a shot and do my entire home. Trusting the 5 star reviews Steam Solutions had, I sent a text for a quote and within minutes received a response. This company was better priced and responsive so I scheduled the appointment. The customer service and quality of work was impeccable! Stains I didn't expect to come out are gone. Gabriel advised that it was possible the stain might appear again once it dried, but nope! A month later, my carpet still looks fresh and clean. He showed up on time, was very accommodating, helped move furniture at no extra charge, even left shoe covers for us to keep! “05/24/22: Anthony with Discovery Carpet Care just left my house after cleaning a shag rug. The rug looks brand new, even better than it did when we purchased it (purchased off of Facebook Marketplace). He was very professional and kind. I highly HIGHLY recommend this establishment. The price was very reasonable as well, and they came out within 24 hours of requesting a quote.03/12/24: Two years later and I needed the carpets in my second floor condo shampooed. I knew exactly who to call! They shampooed about 600 SF, a love seat, and a recliner. The price was incredibly affordable, as I expected. Even with inflation, they haven't raised their prices to an unreasonable level like other comapnies. Anthony was in and out in less than 2 hours, and as polite and kind as ever.
