I had issues with my mom’s roof leaking recently and I called Cloud Roofing to ask for their advice on what to do. Melinda and Caleb we're both very helpful and empathetic to everyone in my family. They gave me a very fair price and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They sent a crew out the next day and our roof was fixed before the rain came that night. They cleaned up all their mess before they left and did a couple things that weren't in the original plan, just to help my mother out. Cloud roofing installed a roof on my home in 2012. Since then, I have had the need to call them back for subsequence repairs due to weather events. They repaired the damage and did so without question or cost. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service and responsiveness I have experienced with the company and their staff. Had issues with my skylights leaking..Cloud roofing sent out Tobin to assess and correct what was causing the leak. He was quick to explain what the issue was and what he would be doing to eliminate the problem. Very respectful employee!
