This is my second time at this location and both times the front office lady was so rude. She is the older white lady that dusts in the middle. I came in today as a walk in. As I was walking in there was a disabled woman who could barely walk on her own walking in. It took her a good while to get to the door. By the time she made it to the desk the woman at the front was already telling her she couldn’t get seen. She didn’t even let her sign in. I wish I could tell you the whole thing but to much to write. I had to tell them to at least ask the dr to see her because she obviously needed help. Khaliah at the front desk is so helpful and such a sweetheart! My mother came here today and didn’t have the best appointment, but thankfully Khaliah made it better and showed her so much empathy and compassion. She was also able to quickly accommodate her and reschedule her for a doctor’s visit for a later date. Thank you so much to her!!
Pediatric doctor always let me wait for so long . She never on time with appointment. The front desk staffs are also . Service very bad. I’m thinking about change new pediatric doctor
