I sitting waiting in the lab office and the front desk lady who speaks Spanish is so loud. I don't need hear all her personal life, im trying to just wait patiently and now my head is starting to hurt. I don't know if she knows that not all patient want to hear her life, and have someone speak so loud that they can't hear themselves think. She need to how to control her volume. Then I find out that my orders are in and I went in January my order should have been in feom ROBERT MEYERS which he is a whole other story, not a very good doctor. Poor customer service and miscommunication. They had me going to their clinic once I got there. They told me my insurance was not accepted there. When I had clearly called twice to confirm.
I was debating on writing this but I’m truly fed up at this point. I’ve been coming here since the beginning of my pregnancy February 22nd . I haven’t had any issues beside them
Not trying to Pronounce my name right and passive aggressiveness . I held my tongue I am a first time mom and the only thing is important to me is my baby . I recently had an Anatomy scan for June 3rd I called multiple times and was told the clinic was closed and the supervisor would get back to me I’m assuming they don’t handle the scheduling so cool .
