05/24/22: Anthony with Discovery Carpet Care just left my house after cleaning a shag rug. The rug looks brand new, even better than it did when we purchased it (purchased off of Facebook Marketplace). He was very professional and kind. I highly HIGHLY recommend this establishment. The price was very reasonable as well, and they came out within 24 hours of requesting a quote.03/12/24: Two years later and I needed the carpets in my second floor condo shampooed. I knew exactly who to call! They shampooed about 600 SF, a love seat, and a recliner. The price was incredibly affordable, as I expected. I just had my carpets cleaned in my house that have never been professionally cleaned in 20 years by Anthony and his team. Everything went perfect from the communication leading up to the appointment, to showing up on time, and then the care and treatment of the service. Great job! Anthony, the owner, responded quickly and was able to schedule the day and time I needed. The carpet and chair I had cleaned look new!!! No stiffness, no strong scent. Just fresh and clean Right on time. No upselling! The price was exactly what they quoted! I’ll be calling them in 6 months.
