Spoke to Wesley who seems to be the person who picks up the phone. He takes our information then we never hear back from anyone. I’ve called three times. If you don’t want the business just be upfront instead of wasting weeks of my time waiting. Veteran owned means nothing you guys. My husband just retired from over 20 years yet you can’t even be respectful enough to call us back. That’s really bad business.

It had been about 6 months since the hail storm. Garrett Tope was in the neighborhood and offered to check out my roof. He identified the damage and within a few days, I had a new roof. I cannot sing enough praises for the professionalism of the crew but also Garrett's leadership.. This company and Garrett are A1!

After 3 days our new roof is finished. I want to thank Alpha Elite Roofing for the incredible job they did. I exceptionally want too thank Garrett Tope the project manager for going above and beyond to make this happen. Also want to thank the crew for the job they did and their professionalism. I would 100% recommend this company. ❤️
