Chris at Air Xpress is very professional, transparent, straightforward, and informative. He's very reasonable and doesn't push gimmicks or upsell unnecessary things. He and his assistant wore booties in the house without me reminding them. They even supplied their own. We had our condenser replaced. We also had duct work done, and there was some mess but not a surprise since most of our contractors haven't cleaned up after themselves fully. We highly recommend this small business!
