This company official wins for the worst Communication, replies take 3 weeks between the reps and suppliers and HVAC contractorsl, it's mid summer and they can not source evap coils that are in 3 years old. We are getting eta of October - December when we were told 3 weeks in May, they should really reach out when timeline changes and work on solutions with contractors/ suppliers.
Had an excellent experience with everyone I came in contact with everyone was super helpful and could answer any questions I found myself with. I had exceptional help with James in tech support he told me what to do in minutes and got my unit up and running fast. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great AC unit with a great company to help you with any need so your never without AC.
