I have to come in town from time to time to do trainings with a friend who leaves Austin with me to come here. This time I was a patient Instead of teaching, the way I normally would. Some improvements could be main in cleanliness, courtesy from staff, and overall knowledge behind the healthcare providers here. I do believe most of the employees here are trying very hard. And that’s good to see.
Just wanted to say Thank you Shannon Medical Center the last 3 weeks of my brother was spent at Shannon Medical Center. The Nurses that were in care of my brother made his family final days so comfortable and easy he only had good things to say about them he really felt at peace when he was there . Thank you again God bless you all.
My sister was on the 6th floor with an injured leg. Can't brag enough on Taylor. The LVN assigned to her. She was extremely polite, caring and attentive. Everyone involved with her care was extremely caring and wonderful to her from the ER to the Dr's and everyone else involved.
