“Had the Delta variant of COVID back in 2021 and was moved here.
The hospital was in shambles. Of course that was how COVID was. Most nurses were kind and dedicated but the whole floor was understaffed and I frequently had to push the help button 10-15 minutes before I thought I’d need help.
IDK what was going on with the kitchen but I missed at least one meal every day. When my food was delivered it was always stone cold, so after 4 days I ordered Chili’s to be DoorDashed there and sweet talked a CNA to getting it for me from the front desk. First and only decent meal I had. My husband and I still laugh about that- Doordashing food to the hospital.“

“If I could leave this clinic 10 ? I would. First time to visit this office. The nurses welcomed me with a smile and they were friendly and informative. Dr. Ayass was very nice and showed great concern with all that I was going through. He explained everything that he was going to do and even some future test that could be done if the first one didn't show anything.
Very fortunate to have him fighting for my health.“

“I made the appointment to meet my new doctor and place where I will be going to get my meds. Doctor Rose turned out to be a beautiful professional kind person ?.We spoke about her wishes and expectations from me and from here on it is my responsibility to adhere to whatever regimen or anything else because communication is vital. The tech and nurses aid were also essentially in tune and all were on the same page encouraging me to follow up with the needed Lab work and get the process rolling in. All is well with my health and will be more healthy when all treatments are done and everything is back to normal. I had to change my place to get my health needs met. So I chose Shannon. The wait was 1 hour because I had a few patients ahead of me. In the lobby there is a TV, few wheelchairs, external defiliberator at your service . Also a Xmas ??. Have a wonderful holiday everyone!“
