Excellent customer service . Front desk Ladies are amazing helped me out tremendously even if I had a dumb question , Leydi and Jessica Durand are amazing and really are genuinely amazing. Thankful for all these women.

My son has turned 18 and has had to establish with a new provider. We had heard good things about many providers but the one that stood out to us the most was Monica Lozano at La Esperanza Clinic (San Angelo, US). We called to book an appointment and was able to get in super quick, Check in was smooth and easy. The MA was incredibly sweet and thorough. Monica came in and instantly made my son feel comfortable. She introduced herself , explained that now that he is 18 he will need to advocate for himself as I mom won’t always be with him at the appointments and he’ll need to be able to tell her when something isn’t right. From the front desk staff to the providers, everyone at La Esperanza Clinic is always great, friendly, & professional. But I especially want to thank Bonnie for her kindness & compassion. After my ER visit, she took the time to call & check on me..not once, but twice! This is a time when I feel scared, annxious, & overwhelmed, but she made me feel truly cared for & listened to. She helped get my follow-up appointment scheduled & made sure I knew I could reach out if I needed anything. It’s healthcare workers like Bonnie who make all the difference.
