Update: I tried to go back because I tried another location and they just were messing up simple things. It’s hard when the same person doesn’t cut your hair each time to get a consistent cut. But this location is always pretty busy so requesting the same person would take forever.

With that said, I ended up with the same newbie hairdresser as last time at this location and she seemed to fix it what was messed up by the other location. She explained why my haircut was different. She was a bit sassy but she was trying to hold her ground to correct some bad info I had been given.
I was happy with the cut she gave me and glad she helped iron out the confusion.“

Let me just say—Faith is amazing! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Honestly, this was the first time in a while that I walked out of a salon completely happy with my color. She nailed the tone, the coverage, and the overall look I had in mind.

Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also super friendly and easy to talk to. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. I’m so glad I found her—she just might be my new go-to stylist!

“This was our first experience with Emily, and we will be life long clients!! She took so much time to chat with us BEFORE she even started to wash and cut my daughter's hair. She answered all of our questions, showed us how to use products correctly, and took her time walking us through the process of how to wash and style my daughter's hair. She doesn't try to up-sell you on products, her entire goal is to make you feel confident and beautiful! I have watched endless YouTube videos trying to figure out how to help my curly haired child, and none of that information comes close to the masterclass we got from Emily during our time with her!
