“First time visit: Jennifer did a great job on my hair. I'm an oddball as I don't use shampoo/conditioner or products but she rolled with it (didn't try and talk me into using them) and did a great cut on my hair. Just as I described.
She was running a little behind but messaged me before hand so I could arrive accordingly (or reschedule).
