From the very first appointment, she made sure I understood every step of the process. She takes her time to explain everything, answers any questions you have, and you can truly tell she pours her heart into her work. On my most recent visit, she also shaped my eyebrows. Even after mapping them out, she still made sure I liked the shape before moving forward. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out to me. If you’ve been hesitant about booking with her, don’t be. Just go, you won’t regret it!

One thing to keep in mind though is that Chanel specializes in lashes, eyebrows, and similar services, while other team members handle other treatments. Also, they don’t have a receptionist, so the easiest and best way to book an appointment is online. Skip the calls and texts, booking online is quick, easy, and makes things simpler for both you and her.
