As for you assuming that you could walk-in and be expected to be helped before others that had made an appointment that WAS presumptuous of you. A walk-in is someone that CHOOSES not to make an appointment, and will be worked in as soon as it is possible. I am sorry you didn't think of this and I am sure you could have been worked in earlier than 5, however, you obviously thought you were too good to wait your turn! Also, shame on you for hanging around disrupting other business with your EXCESSIVE complaining and your poor ability to plan ahead. You obviously thought about going to take your daughters for a hair cut and it is YOUR fault for not making an appointment just in case. As for Kidz Kutz by Martha, this place is great I grew up getting my hair done by her. She NEVER speaks poorly of costumers even ones who do not know how to behave in front of children and the general public. GREAT with kids and handling situations that arise that are uncalled for.“
