“G4 Roofs was excellent to work with for our ventilation improvement. We were having an issue where our upstairs A/C could not cool to the set point when the outside temperature was 95 degF or higher, and this was after new windows and a full A/C inspection/maintenance. G4 Roofs completed a full evaluation of our attic ventilation and checked our entire house for missing insulation with an infrared camera. They determined that we needed 43 soffit vents across 2 stories and 2 new solar-powered attic fans as ours were dysfunctional. This improvement solved the upstairs cooling issue, and our upstairs now easily cools to the set point, even when the outside temperature is over 100 degF. We usually think about condition of the A/C system and insulation for home temperature control, not attic ventilation, so we are very glad we had G4 Roofs out to take a look!”

“Where do I start? Once upon a time ago, I managed a multi-faceted community that housed spaces designated for multifamily use, commercial offices, and big-name chain restaurants. Quite honestly, it was an exciting time! But guess what? Nothing made my day more "exciting" than knowing that my little city was being taken care of. This is where ServPro of North Fort Worth comes in. I'll shorten the name to "ServPro" throughout the rest of this review to save on my fragile finger muscles. Not only that, but he's a walking encyclopedia of everything "building repair", and when he starts to talk, listen. You will learn something new. I know I did, and still do. Today, in fact, I had a tree fall on a resident's vehicle. Sounds easy enough. It's all fun and games until you have to consider things like "personal liability" or "where does private property end". To people like me it's a molehill just waiting to become a mountain, and who do I call? ServPro. And who comes out, chainsaw in-hand? John G. does. He executes the mission perfectly.
