This place was great! They were friendly at first phone call, they communicated great, they even got us scheduled sooner than expected. They did as they said they would do. The guys who showed up were great and the carpets look and smell wonderful!
I need to start by saying I have had my sectional cleaned before with another company and had a terrible experience.Power steam carpet cleaning was a breath of fresh air. Jose was our technician and he was thorough, patient when I had a million questions and gave updates along the way of the job. My sectional is very large and with 2 kids under 3 and 3 pets, there were lots of stains. After the cleaning, it looks SO good.I also like the deodorizer that was used. I am very sensitive to smells and usually don’t request those but this was very light, crisp and didn’t smell chemically or like cheap febreeze.We had a great experience and would highly recommend!
I honestly thought I was going to have to replace my carpets, but they came in and made them look brand new. Chelsea was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
