We had a water leak at our home when the water softener cracked, causing flooding that impacted multiple rooms. We contacted Share Restoration, and they responded immediately.
Jesse thoroughly inspected every room and identified water damage in areas that were not visible to us.

Jesse and his team did a great job; I called for a non-damage-related deep clean, and they did excellent and thoroughly-detailed work, from the fans to the baseboards. Especially the windows (which require a tall ladder to fully reach and take up much of the walls); all of them are now sparkling. Because of my building's restricted dock hours, Jesse even came back the next morning to finish up the last room that needed cleaning; but the two-day split was caused solely by the building's contractor hours and his desire to maintain a good relationship with the dock manager (which I also want to do). Save this number in your phone! After my condo flooded Jesse came the day I called and knew exactly what to do. I was so relieved, the walls, ceiling and floor were dryer than they ever had been. It was as if nothing had ever happened!
