“It’s been about 8 years since I’ve had to meet with a funeral director about a loved one and I must say that Raini Day was an exception. She didn’t mind answering all of the many questions our family had about the services. My biggest concern was that my sister [Janet Sebile] looked like herself and if she did not I did not want an open casket. I must say that Raini exceeded my expectations and she will never know how important that was to me, so I’m eternally grateful.
I want to personally Thank the staff for being so kind to our family during the services. Several of my family members stated how nice it was that the staff opened other rooms to make our family comfortable. To all of the kind staff at Charles W Smith in Sachse I say Thank you and God Bless you all!
