Incredibly kind, compassionate people on their staff. My parents made pre-need arrangements with them, and that made everything much easier. Genna Paulson, Funeral Director, and Kaelah Packer, Office Administrator, went out of their way to make sure every little detail of the service was exactly what we wanted. From the flowers, to the slideshow, to the visitation reception following the service, everything was just wonderful. We felt like it truly honored my mother and brought joy and peace to the family as we celebrated her life.
We cannot thank John, Jody, and Kaelah enough for everything they have done for our family. From the moment we walked inside and through the entire process we felt cared for and respected. My brother & I met with Jody to follow thru with our father's wishes. He already purchased a plan so we just had to make some selections. Jody's input was very helpful as she gently guided us thru this unexpected chapter of our lives. When we weren't sure on a couple of decisions, she shared great options to help us along. Her team was courteous and professional. The team definitely went above and beyond when a vase got knocked over onto the sign in book. They took the book back, dried the pages and photocopied them so we didn't miss anyone.
