They are AMAZING at their service. We entered the business and Cierra and Tim made the arrangements effortless. Then there's the woman(Sorry, I couldn't remember your name..Blame it on my head, but DEFINITELY NOT my heart) that did an OUTSTANDING job on the obituaries. The colors really popped. The overall compassion, empathy and friendliness that radiated from their team made the process oh so smooth and easy. 'Cierra, I still don't see how you remember all the things to do and say..Outstanding Job, Young Lady...Oh, and tell Tim to fix that webpage. I just recently used Heavenly gate funeral services for my husband who had passed; I cannot say enough about the whole journey of preparation to actual service and burial: Tim Jefferson and his staff gave excellent, professional, skillful, knowledgeable service for my loved ones and my family as well was treated with the utmost respect and care: you can really tell this was not their first rodeo. Sooooo professional, knew the answer to every question and had a solution for everything!!The staff as well as Mr Jefferson were superb in all aspects of the cares and service given; as I said before no words cannot convey the outstanding service that was given. Tim and his staff are very professional yet caring at the same time. We have trusted Heavenly Gate with 3 of our loved ones and would give them 10 stars if it was possible. I highly recommend Tim and Heavenly Gate.
