“American Homes is the best around! We first visited in the fall of 2024. Ron Hall was amazing. He showed us many different homes and answered all of our questions. We had told him our plans to find land and have a family compound. He also gave us so much advice on AG exemptions and processes. We purchased our land in January 2025 and my youngest daughter bought her home shortly after. Ron and Mikey did an amazing job from start to finish and her home buying experience was flawless. Then my husband and I purchased our home in July 2025. Again, Ron and Mikey were amazing. Estella and German were an absolute pleasure to work with on our punch lists and making both of our homes move in ready!!! Then my oldest daughter was ready to purchase so we went to see Ron again. Ron and Mikey worked with her to get every option she wanted and her home has been set on the property and utility hookups are in process, and she will be moving in soon! Three homes, three amazing experiences, 3 happy homeowners in a little over a years time. We had visited many different home centers and American Homes hands down was the best of the best! He diagnosed the issue (with video), which determined some leaves were clogging up the gutter. He released the clog during the initial visit and his rate was very reasonable. We came in under budget and on time. We had experienced a water leak just before we started the bathroom and upon completion of the bathroom we immediately offered the job of replacing/ repairing our hardwood floors and also the damaged vinyl floors in the dining room and home office. Upon completion of that project, we have a couple more for them if they are not booked on other projects. Very professional!”
