I personally have not done business with Bacon Roofing yet, but I watched John's crew remove and replace my neighbors roof in one day! They were meticulous in their work and I even saw John pick up a few nails from their driveway! Now that's what I call going the extra mile and GREAT customer service! I walked over and got a card from John and when the time comes that I need roof, siding, gutters, painting, etc., I'll be giving John a call! Thanks for the card John!

Can't say enough good things about John Bacon's recent work at our home in Rockwall, which included installing new windowsills and a new front door and repainting the entire house. John's guys are meticulous painters; courteous, and careful about cleaning up each day before they leave. We made several spur-of-the-moment changes during the course of the project, including repainting a room in a different color. John handled our changes very calmly and professionally, and followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. And yes, the final bill was very reasonable. John has been our roofer for more than 25 years, and two years ago provided an incredible service by negotiating with our insurance company about the amount they should pay for damages we sustained during a hail storm, including a new roof, new windows, shutters and gutters. John is definitely a full-service guy. He even helped us position our rugs after the painting we completed! We highly recommend John for remodeling projects (and of course, roofing) and will definitely use him again.
