Part of a professional transaction is payment upon completion of work (which I did); and receipt for payment (still nothing from Ken) despite reaching out multiple times. You will need your receipt to benefit from insurance premium deductions for a new roof installation. So right now, my insurance won't honor these deductions, because I don't have proof that the roof was replaced. The only proof I have is Ken cashed the check.
