We have been remodeling a new House and the AC has been running way more than usual. We were at the property on a weekend and found that the AC was struggling so I called and left a message with the AI service. Mayne 10 minutes later I received a call from Clint (forgive me please if that is not the correct name) to try and walk me through a quick possible fix (almost worked, just needed more time) When that did not work, we opted to have a service call on Saturday and Jaxon came out 2 hours earlier than expected. He throughly checked EVERYTHING and gave us the thumbs up that the units were good and provided clear steps to ensure we can keep it running smoothly.

Kyle was awesome. He was able to quickly assess what our issue was with excessive condensation in one of the vents. Quickly accessed the attic and adjusted the damper.
