I have a hate/hate relationship with the dental industry....but Transcend has been working to fix that over the last year. I cannot over-emphasize the level of care, consideration and professionalism they have treated me and my family with every step of the way. From educating us on care techniques involving how our PH affects dental health - to different methods and approaches to getting the work done that is needed. I have a unique case which requires orthodontics before Dr. Kevin can proceed, and he and the Ortho next door have just shown me a whole different level of coordinated care that I've never really seen before. They've met privately to discuss my situation and have continued to keep open lines of communication as I get work done in both offices to get my jaw and dentals back on track. I am over the moon with appreciation after having all of my mercury removed yesterday. Thank you to the whole Transcend Team!!!! ps.... I'm also a mom of 4 and my kids LOVE Dr. Kevin. they always ask about when they can see him again. pss... the assistant Angel has been there the whole time I've been going and he does feel like an Angel. It's always great to see him when I go in.

I cannot recommend Dr. Chang highly enough. Our family drives two hours to see him, and it's well worth the journey, despite the challenge of traveling with several children. Dr. Chang is exceptional in his approach to natural dentistry. His commitment to health-conscious practices is evident, and his attention to detail is unmatched. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and engaging, making each visit a positive experience. The entire staff is also impressive. From the friendly and efficient front desk team to the skilled and engaging dental assistants, everyone is warm and accommodating. Their positive attitudes contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that makes each visit pleasant. What truly stands out is Dr. Chang's remarkable ability to work with children. His gentle and understanding approach has made a significant difference for our family. Great experience! Everyone was very friendly. Got my first check up ,cleaning AND they fixed a filling that I had just lost & it was really bugging me- ALL in 1 appointment. Highly recommend for anyone & especially nervous patients!
