Rental of Commercial Ozone Generator.

First, I have to speak to the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge in relation to their entire staff. I had an incident where I needed to urgently remove an acrid smoke smell, as a result of a sawdust bag from a belt sander that ignited and smoldered. I called my usual go to rental shops, and they all referred me to Sunbelt, that alone says a lot. I looked price to purchase at Home Depot and Lowe’s, but those machines are not industrial grade. Sunbelt Portable A/C was providing backup A/C to the FAA Radar facility in Austin Tx while our existing system was being replaced. An A/C failure occurred and the facility , being VERY sensitive to temperature, was on the verge of failing to provide critical Radar service. I called the office and explain the EMERGENCY situation we were in. A Brad Kenner was immediately dispatched to rectify the problem. He was clean cut , knowledgeable and very articulate. Within minutes of arrival, he had the 2 units up and running. Facility temperature was dropped 20 degrees in 30 minutes. Brad stayed on site to verify complete operation of each unit.
