Staff goes above and beyond in providing superior customer service and support for their clients. Alicia at the front desk always greets with a sincere smile. She’s patient, sweet, super helpful and kind. She went above and beyond in searching for their other location in Lubbock being that my son is about to head back to Texas Tech. She was kind enough to share all the necessary information with us. My son’s Therapist Sydney is the absolute BEST!! She is so very sweet, kind, patient and supportive in every one of his sessions. She’s very understanding and thorough when giving him his therapy exercises. She takes her time and makes sure to answer any and all questions we have. She went the extra mile in preparing notes in her computer for their other location to pick up right where they left off with my son to be sure there’d be no trouble, confusion or gap. We will be very sad to relocate from this particular location.
