    It pains to have to write a 1 star review but here it goes. - I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Bill at MillionAir to install 4 mini split systems in a 4 plex we remodeled. Everything was fine on the install, we left on good terms and agreed to hold $500 for when the remodel was completed and pay the $500 when he came back to do the start up of the systems. Unfortunately we had to wait about 13 mths for the City of Austin to do some transformer upgrade work and so getting power onto the 4plex took much longer then expected. - And this is where Bill and I disagree. I did call and text to on multiple occasions to have him back out to do the start up around Feb 2022. Bill replied on a text message but was then unable to get hold of to do the start up. - I had to contact another company who then charged $2000 to do the start up and provide new remote controls to all the systems as Bill had the remotes that he didnt leave at the units. Fast forward to 2024 and we are learning that the tenants are having a hard time controlling the mini splits and its been happening for quite some time. We find out that the lines controlling the mini split heads have been incorrectly wired. - Im sure this was a simple mistake upon installing, where there are 4 lines, and a few got mixed up. Recently, had a company come out and price us to re-orientate the lines to make the corrections and they quoted $6000. - I contacted Bill and he wont come out because he didnt do the start up and therefore he cant warranty any of the install work he did. My point here is that no one ever touched the lines. When the start was done no one disconnected anything, they just did the startup. Bill did the install, therefore, (mistakenly), probably mixed up the lines. Why he wont take responsibility, I dont know? - The reason im giving the 1 star is because he wont even come out to assess the reason for the issue. I even told him id pay him if it was something that wasnt part of the initial install. So thats why hes getting a 1 star is because he wont just own up and help us figure out the problem, and maybe take into account that maybe he installed the units incorrectly. Hes claiming that we still owe him the $500 and hes losing money. - Im still happy to pay him the $500 but not even wanting to help is where im getting frustrated...

    BEWARE CON ARTIST. Bill sold us on a high quality system and was tens of thousands higher than our normal folks. I'm a home builder and have worked with many companies. After he got his final check he never returned a call. Clients have no heat and I'm having to pay another company to come fix his job. Unless you have thousands of dollars to throw away, Do Not Hire him!!!

    Bill came to our home and installed a brand new HVAC unit in 25 degree weather. He and his assistant we're knowledgeable, professional, and fast. Thanks to Bill, we had the new system in place right before the February 2021 snow and ice storms! We highly recommend this company!Services: Installation
