Had an excellent experience! The assistant manager was incredibly helpful and while I was overwhelmed with the cost of everything, he helped me so I could afford the services my Subaru really really needed.
Great experience! I was having an issue with my car because something was dragging underneath it. I pulled in and was immediately helped by Louis. He identified the problem and took care of it right away. Louis was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were also incredibly fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than five minutes. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I really appreciated how kind they were and how clearly they handled everything. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Round Rock to anyone looking for efficient and friendly service!
I started going here for oil changes a few years ago and will continue! They are all so friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and quick!! This is my permanent home for oil changes and I refuse to go anywhere else because you can’t beat the price, customer service or speediness. No matter the time of day or even day I go, they are all so nice, professional and accommodating. Even better they know what they doing and fast even when it’s busy. Went for an oil change yesterday at 445pm and they were again all so incredible. Entire staff
