Element Nails & Spa offers great service with kind staff who are hospitable and attentive. Customer received pedicure, manicure, lash extensions and nail care in a family business that feels like a princess treatment. Prices are affordable and the staff are professional, respectful and relaxing. The place is known for happy feet, pretty nails and beautiful hands. People call ahead to make an appointment and the staff already know the time needed, making lunch break easy. Friends and families come back again and again because the ladies take care of hands and feet and make them feel new again. The service is awesome, highly recommend and the place is nice and personable. Many loyal customer have been coming for years and bring daughters, mothers and friends for Birthday and special.
Great service always go during my lunch break and call ahead to make an appointment and they already know what time I have to be back at work. Highly recommend this place and there great customer service.
Today was the second time I have been. Last time was for a pedicure. Today I called ahead and ended up with a manicure, pedicure, and lash extensions. I was treated like a princess. This is a family business. Everyone is so kind. The prices are affordable, and I will come back again and again, and am telling all my friends!!!! Thank you Vivian and family for taking great care of me today!
Edit to add, for those of you that had issues, I promise you that if you had come back, these hard working people would have fixed it. I messed up my OWN nails and explained it was my fault and they still helped me fix them. I’ll come back again and again and be a loyal customer...read full review
Favorite place to get my nails and toes done! Been going here since I was in high school, so it's been well over 14 years and now I bring my daughters with me. Vivian is so personable and attentive, wouldn't go anywhere else! 10/10! ❤️
